We may also use cookies or similar tools to understand how people use our site and to improve it over time.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or similar sensitive financial account details to use our matching service. Please do not send that kind of information through website forms or email.

We use information mainly to provide and improve the service you asked for. That includes:

1. Matching you with licensed local real-estate agents based on your location, language needs, and home-buying or selling goals
2. Contacting you by phone, text, or email about your request, next steps, or service updates
3. Improving DoorLine by understanding what pages people use, where they get stuck, and what information is most helpful
4. Protecting the service from spam, abuse, fraud, or misuse

DoorLine is not a brokerage, lender, law firm, or tax advisor. Information on our site is general and educational. If you need transaction, loan, legal, or tax guidance, work with the right licensed professional and read every agreement carefully before signing.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information as a list for random marketers. We share information only in limited ways connected to running DoorLine.

• With participating licensed real-estate agents so they can contact you about the goals you asked us to help with
• With service providers that help us operate the website, forms, communications, analytics, or customer support
• When required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, DoorLine, or the public

If we share your information with an agent, that agent will have their own privacy practices too. We encourage you to verify any license yourself and confirm in writing what information they collect, how they use it, and what fees or agreements apply before you move forward.

DoorLine follows the Fair Housing Act. We do not match or exclude people based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or other protected characteristics. All buyers and sellers are welcome.

Your choices

You are in control of how you use DoorLine.

• You can choose whether to submit a form at all
• You can ask us to stop contacting you by replying stop, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us directly
• You can ask what information we have for your request and ask us to update or delete it, subject to legal or operational limits
• You can decide which agent, if any, you want to speak with

Using DoorLine does not require you to sign with any agent. You compare agents. You choose who to work with. You read and confirm every agreement in writing.

If money ever moves in a transaction, be careful about wire fraud. Always confirm wiring instructions by phone using a trusted number before sending funds.

How we protect information

No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information people share with us. We limit access, use standard technical safeguards, and work to keep our systems updated.
